Below: My studio which is full of light and looks on to a small garden full of visiting birds. The brave ones dip into the bird bath delighting in the fresh water. I feel at peace absorbing this natural, happy environment which inspires me and encourages my creativity. I started painting in oils many years ago but found myself more attracted to using acrylics. I want my work to be full of movement and open to interpretation and acrylics give me this flexibility.
